Infoprensa FIM CEV Repsol 2018/31: Dorna and DAZN begin a new era in the broadcasting of the FIM CEV Repsol in Spain

The DAZN streaming platform will include the FIM CEV Repsol Championship, an addition to the broadcasting of MotoGP ? and WorldSBK World Championships.

The FIM CEV Repsol enters a new era in 2019 by awarding DAZN - a streaming service dedicated to the broadcasting of live and on demand sports - its broadcast rights in Spain.

The move brings new horizons for the FIM CEV Repsol, which will undoubtedly extend and generate new audiences in one of its largest and most successful markets. DAZN offers an affordable price for access from all devices including Smart-TV, Smartphones, Tablets, Game Consoles and PCs without a long-term contract.

With the main objective of distributing the FIM CEV Repsol, the broadcast options through multiple devices and multiple screens will provide the DAZN audience with unparalleled coverage of the different championships, as well as a unique offer for each Round weekend.

DAZN will launch in Spain in early 2019 and the agreement provides live online streaming to FIM CEV Repsol, taking the action wherever Spanish fans are and making the different championships more accessible than ever before.

Simon Denyer, CEO of DAZN Group, said: ?We?re expanding at an incredible pace with our unique approach, breathing new life into sports with long and distinguished heritages and growing audiences. We give fans what they want; affordable and flexible access to the sport they love. We?re delighted to partner with these progressive rights holders to launch another big European market and look forward to unveiling more first-class sport before we go live in 2019.?

Manel Arroyo, Managing Director of Dorna Sports, said: "We are really happy to start this new chapter in MotoGP? history. We extend our thanks to Movistar, with whom we first experimented with pay TV platforms in Spain, and after a successful partnership, FIM CEV Repsol, WorldSBK and MotoGP? and Dorna will now begin a new era with DAZN. The combination of a leading streaming service worldwide will reconceptualize the way in which our Spanish audience can access the sport.?
