The FIM CEV Repsol Committee informs that: The use of FIM homologated helmets (FRHPhe-01) will be mandatory for all riders participating in the FIM CEV Repsol 2021.

That is to say, FIM Moto3™ Junior World Championship, Moto2™ European Championship and Hawkers European Talent Cup riders must comply with this rule.
